JR originally joined BCMP for outside sales in 1988, moved inside for sales and ultimately wound up taking over purchasing, inventory, networking and the ERP software.

With a degree in International Business, Arnoldo has over 25 years of customer service experience for companies large and small. Arnoldo makes the client’s needs a priority and helps to streamline communication between sales and production to yield a high-quality, cost-effective product.
