Acquisition to Accelerate Production and Service Expansion

GARDENA, Calif. & MANTECA, Calif. – Bay Cities Metal Products, a division of Bay Cities Tin Shop, one of Southern California’s leading manufacturers of sheet metal building products, announced today that it has acquired RMS Manufacturing, another sheet metal manufacturer servicing Northern California and beyond.

The acquisition of RMS was initiated as BCMP looked to expand its’ geographical footprint.

Adding RMS to Bay Cities regional business operations gives them access to additional branches of existing corporate partners as well as expanded distribution and logistical capabilities. RMS Manufacturing and its’ team will continue to operate with their longstanding commitment to excellence and customer service, joining Bay Cities to deliver a growing base of products to customers throughout all of California. All existing RMS services, products and customer support will continue without interruption.
